  • Make personal announcements at Brokerage meetings

  • Promote your home to the public through Open Houses
  • Keep you educated and up-to-date on listing and selling market conditions in your area
  • Update you on all activity regarding your home: agent showings, open house attendance, agent tours, sign inquiries, etc.
  • Educate you and potential buyers on the numerous methods of financing available for the purchase of your home
  • Advertise your home on our website with a virtual tour to generate more interest
  • Create a custom Feature Flyer, outlining lifestyle benefits of your home for use by cooperating agents showing your home
  • Represent you in contract negotiations with buyers to help generate the highest possible selling price for the home

RECEIVING OFFERS

  • Liaise with Brookfield Global Relocation Services (BGRS) as required for military clients
  • Follow-up on all agents who have shown your home to answer questions, and further motivate buyer interest
  • Provide recent sales data to be used when considering offers
  • Ensure that any offers are from buyers are pre-qualified
  • Negotiate the best price and terms for all offers
  • Provide qualified advice for any amendments
