Now that you are on this website, your search for the perfect home for you has begun.  The next step is to pick up the phone and give me a call!  I will arrange to meet you at the location of your choice to discuss your wants and needs.  Once I have your criteria, I will record it in the computer system so that as soon as a home is listed that meets your criteria, you will automatically receive the listing by e-mail. These listings take several days to show up on the MLS that is available to the general public.  That is why when you search on your own, the best homes are often sold before you get a chance to see them.  Signing up for the automatic e-mailing will ensure you get the listings that meet your criteria as soon as they hit the market!  If you do not have access to a computer or e-mail do not worry; I will print the listing for you, deliver them and keep contact with you by phone.

First Time Buyers are encouraged to shop with the me and ask as many questions as it takes to make you feel comfortable with choosing what may be the biggest investment you will make; your first home.  I will take the time to discuss with you the procedures and expenses involved with your purchase and provide you with the right resources to make the right choices when buying your home.  If you have a young family and find it much more convenient to meet in your current home, that can be arranged also!
